Keyboard Shortcuts
Master these shortcuts to navigate FanDesk at speed. Most shortcuts use Cmd on Mac and Ctrl on Windows/Linux.
Global Shortcuts (Work Everywhere)

Chat Shortcuts
Available when focused in a Chat message input:

Markdown Shortcuts in Editor
Type these at the start of a line and press Space to format automatically:

Task Shortcuts
Available when viewing a task or project board:

Tips
- Number shortcuts (1-8) only work when the cursor is not focused in a text input
- Most shortcuts use Cmd on Mac and Ctrl on Windows — the platform is detected automatically
- Press ? in Chat or Mail to see a context-specific shortcut guide
- Shortcuts are disabled inside text editors unless they are editor-specific shortcuts (like Cmd+B)
